Dar Al Bahar, 'the house by the sea' in Arabic, is located in the heart of the medina of Essaouira (Morocco) on the ramparts of this medieval city, facing the ocean and its trade winds. From the terrace, you will be fascinated by the waves breaking against the rocks of the coast and by the circular panorama over the old city. The house is situated in a quiet area but not far from the main streets of the medina.Most of the 10 differently decorated rooms have a sea view.Cancellation policy: less than 3 days 50% of the total amount and no-show 100%.

The more adventurous might like to take the 'local' bus, which makes many stops, is less comfortable but also less expensive. The whole medina is a pedestrian area, so, it's a 10min. walk. The area is named 'San Dion'.
