Dar Zerhoune is located in the heart of MOULAY IDRISS ZERHOUNE, near Volubilis. A few minutes walk from the sacred mausoleum, traditional local markets and main square where you can watch locals go about their shopping or pilgrimage as you enjoy a coffee or traditional mint tea.

At Dar Zerhoune you will be welcomed with mint tea served on the terrace, where you can relax with the view of Moulay Idriss, the mountains and Volubilis (roman ruins) - just 5 km away and later relax as the sunsets.

Dar Zerhoune has WIFI internet, a computer, board games, lounge room and two terraces to relax on, sleep on! and watch the sunrises and sunsets from. We can arrange tours, cooking classes, trips to the hammam and henna.

Breakfast is included and all rooms have an ensuite bathroom, with the exception of a dorm/family room that can sleep up to 3 people. This has a separate and dedicated bathroom.

Dar Zerhoune has free WIFI and breakfast is included. We have a lounge with board games and great terrace to see views and sunsets and sunrises.... or just watch for shooting stars.

Att ta sig till Dar Zerhoune Guesthouse

Dar Zerhoune is in Moulay Idriss Zerhoune, near Meknes, Morocco. Using public transport, catch the train to Meknes 'Gare El Amir', and then a petit taxi to the Grand taxi station at the 'French Institute' (approx. 5 Dirhams). Catch the grand taxi to 'Moulay Idriss' and this will cost 10 Dirhams for one place in a shared taxi.

In Moulay Idriss you will be dropped off at the carpark in the markets, walk up to the main square (either through the markets or along the street with food stalls). From the main square walk to the mausoleum, and take the steps that are on the right of the mausoleum.

At the top turn right, then immediately left at the fountain and in about 100m you will see the sign for 'Dar Zerhoune' on your right hand side, down the steps.

If you are driving, park near the main square, head to the mausoleum and follow the directions above,
