It is strongly recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your particular needs.

Liability

We will not be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of any person nor any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the tenant or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of or in any way connected with the letting or resulting from any other cause whatsoever.

Arrival

On your arrival you must present your confirmation details as well as your passport or identity card to us.

Occupancy

The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated on the website. The substitution of persons during the rental period is forbidden unless previously agreed.

Behaviour

Tenants agree to keep the property and all fittings, furniture equipment and other contents in or on the property in a like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the letting and will make good (or will arrange with us to make good) any damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during the period of letting.

Climatic condition

Pingouinvillas will not be held liable for any change in climatic conditions during your stay.

Ethics

Tenants need to respect the peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the place of other clients.
Tenants are also asked to leave the property clean and tidy and to ensure that they take all belongings with them. On changeover days there is only time for a superficial check and a general clean. We rely upon the goodwill of our guests whose co-operation we greatly appreciate.

Welcome to Pingouinvillas located in the residential tourist area in Blue-Bay, the South-East of Mauritius Island. It is set-up in a small tropical garden full of exotic flowers under the shade of coconut trees encircled by cool verandahs bordered by fanciful balustrades. Pingouinvillas enjoys an exceptional peace where only the chirping of birds disturbs the calmness in the morning and the area is harmonious with its tropical flora and fauna.
