Hotell Shri Krishna Jungle Resort, Khajuraho, Indien
Shri Krishna Jungle Resort is a complex of buildings surrounded by lush green grass, inspiring gardens of roses and nature which will give you a taste of silence and peace in the heart of India. Our place is completely free from noise, crowd and pollution and our staff will make everything to make you feel just like at home, what is not that difficult once each cottage (bungalow) is literally a private little house of your own!
The many cottages (bungalows) form a semi-circle structure and are 20 feet far from each other. Each cottage has a porche/veranda at the front of the door so that you may just sit and relax there and enjoy the beautiful view of the rose garden. We are placed at only a 10 minutes walking distance from the western group of Khajuraho temples (UNESCO site).

The distance from Raja Yashovarman Bus Station (Khajuraho) to Krishna
Jungle Resort is approx. 0,5 Km (500 meters) that means that you can
reach us easily by walking.
Satna and Jhansi both are connected to Khajuraho by regular bus
service. It takes around 3 hours to reach Khajuraho from Satna or
Jhansi by taxi, and 5-6 hours by bus. There are daily bus services
connecting Khajuraho to Satna, Jhansi, Harpalpur, Chhatarpur, Mahoba,
Sagar,Jabalpur, Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Panna, Agra, Allahabad and
Varanasi.
Train
The distance from Khajuraho Railway Station to our resort is 7.8 Km .
You can take there an Auto-Rickshaw (TukTuk) or call us for so that
we arrange for you a taxi (cab).
Khajuraho Railway Station has direct trains coming from New Delhi
Station (Hazarat Nizamuddin Railway Station), Agra and Varanasi. The
train departs from Delhi everyday but Wednesdays at 20:15 and reaches
Khajuraho Railway Station at 06:15 in the next morning.
Airport
The Khajuraho airport is well connected to many cities in India like
Delhi, Mumbai, Varanasi, Bhopal, Indore, Allahabad. The distance from
The Khajuraho airport to our resort is 3.5 Km . If you stay more than
three nights we can arrange a free driving service (taxi or
auto-rickshaw) for you. If you are staying less than three nights we
charge the small amount of Rs 100/- ($ 2) for the same service. Most
of the main airlines (Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, Kingfish
Airlines, Indian Airlines, etc.) have flights from Khajuraho to other
cities. International travelers can get connection flights to
Khajuraho from Mumbai, Delhi and Varanasi. |
