Lonavala has been blessed with valleys, hills, Milky WaterFalls, Lush Greenery and pleasant cool winds.
This region full of natural beauty is a feast to the sore eyes.
Being at a considerable height from sea level, it enjoys a cool climate.
Cottage Rooms:
Five Fully furnished AC double and triple bedrooms with attached baths, hot & Cold water ,fan, call bell and intercom.
Features: Newly constructed this property has two interconnected Row houses and having a fully furnished Hall with a sitting lounge - baithak (of double beds for cards session quorum) , color TV- Cable, music system (tape recorder).
The Dining Room is spacious and the Kitchen is fully equipped with Gas, utensils , plates, glasses and refrigerator .
Samrat cottage has a lush beautiful garden with Swimming Pool (Strictly No drinking /eating in the swimming pool ) .
The cottage is equipped with a back up Power- Inverter- batteries for power break down.
The baths have modern fittings, shower sprays and hot & Cold water with hot water electric geysers.( Please switch on the Tap before switching on the power and to switch off , please switch off power before switching off the Tap.
The WCs have western toilets with jet sprays (bidet).
Pillows, Linen & Blankets are provided . Towels and soaps are also provided on request.
You may cook your own meals ( please pay the caretaker for usage of gas).
This is not a Hotel or resort. Its a Cottage experience !
The caretaker / his wife can provide tea/coffee to you.
Please pay him accordingly.
There are several eateries nearby.
Our caretaker can also get you veg.take away meals from Girivihar Dining which is near by.
He can also fetch for you bread/butter/milk/jam/chikki/tea/coffee/mineral water,etc from the market.
For meals you can try the RamaKrishna restaurant or Kailash Parbhat or ofcourse the only Lion in town - the Sher-e-Punjab at Vulvan Resort. If going for a long drive then try Sunny Da Dhaba that is 10kms from Lonavala on old Lonavala- Pune highway road. We recommend it for Non Veg food as we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Full Payment must be made prior to check In.

And if they dirty or do any damage , compensation would be charged accordingly.

? CANCELLATION POLICY:
All Cancellations will be invoiced 15% only besides the 10% levied at the time of reservation by the online website.
Cancellations made less then 48 hours prior to check in will be invoiced Full Room Tariff .
Late Cancellation made on same day will be invoiced Full Room Tariff
No shows will be invoiced full Room Tariff .

Terms
The Guest undertakes that:
1. We will not make noise /play music at middle of night.
2.We(the guest ) will compensate for any damages or breakages or destruction of property, furniture, fixture, linen or crockery.
3.We shall not make any illegal use or criminal activity in the Cottage and not cause or create any nuisance .
4.We shall keep the place neat , clean and tidy and shall ensure that it is clean before we leave.
5.We shall bear the cost of cleaning in case we dirty it. No charges will be levied for normal usage.
6.We shall not disturb the peace and tranquility or disturb the neighborhood.
7.We understand that the swimming pool is on sharing basis with the other Cottage Owners of Sunay Garden. We shall not drink /eat /urinate in the pool or make it dirty.
We shall not spoil /ruin the garden /lawns.
8.We understand that the Caretaker is not a cook and food is not included in the Tariff and we shall pay the Caretaker directly for any usage of the Kitchen / Gas and shall pay him directly for any food /beverages provided by him.We shall not bring beef into the house or cook it.
9.We shall not smoke hookah or cheroot or cigars inside the cottage.
10.We shall not bring any hazardous articles or create any fire in the premises.
11.In case we do not abide by the rules or break any rules ,we are liable to be removed from the premises immediately and shall not make any claim for refund.
12.The Management is not liable or responsible for loss or theft of any articles or valuables or of any of their car or car parts.
Att ta sig till Samrat HotellWhen coming from Mumbai:
On Bombay- Pune Expressway take first exit of Khandala.
Then drive on towards Lonavala.
After the P.T.S.(Police Training School ) Board on left side of road you will get exit of Fariyas Hotel and Moreshwar resort.
Take this exit.
Take the signs for Sahil Sarovar Portico.
1.Take the exit to Fariyas and drive past entrance of Fariyas Hotel
Then take sharp right turn at Silver Hills Resort and again right turn on Frichley Hill Road and you'll come to back side of Fariyas.
Drive for exactly 1 km till you reach Sunay Garden on right side.
If you miss it, then you'll see Sahil Sarovar Portico on left side and you have to turn and go back.
Samrat cottage is located next to the gate inside Sunay Gardens.
2.If you have missed the exit for Fariyas, don't worry.
Look for the narrow next exit on your left.
At the entrance of the road to Gold Valley, Biji's Resort, Girivihar, Sterling Resort, L & T, etc. there are several boards of hotels, etc.
Drive past L & T and Hotel Sapphire on your left.
Drive past Girivihar hotel and at the crossroad take a left turn.
Drive past Sahil Sarovar portico and Sunay Garden is on your left.
Enter the gate and Samrat is on your right. |
