Policies

Mode of payment:

* We accept payments by cash or Credit Card at the property. For payments by credit card an extra service charge of 2.5% will be charged.
* For long staying guests (10 days or more), one week's rent is payable in advance at check in, and there after on a weekly basis in advance

Reservation:

* For advance reservations we require a deposit of one night's rent in advance through any major credit card, PayPal, Western Union or via bank wire transfer to our bank account.

Cancellation:

* 25% cancellation charge for cancellations prior to 48 hours of check-in.
* 50% cancellation charge for cancellations prior to 24 hours of check-in.
* 100% cancellation charge for no show on same day.

Check out: 12 noon

From Airport

Take NH-8 (Delhi Gurgaon Expressway) going towards Delhi.
Take a right going towards Vasant Vihar
Go straight beyond Vasant Vihar, and at a T-junction traffic signal take left on Africa Avenue.
Continue straight up to Bhikaji Cama Place & take a right at Hotel Africa Avenue.
On the right is B-4 Safdarjung Enclave Block. ?On The House?, Bed and Breakfast New Delhi is located in the park behind the main road.
