== About our condition ==
A Jpanese house style inn opened in 2007 Sep with FREE Breakfast (one slice of toast), FREE drink and FREE Internet within Wi-Fi. And there is an affiliated coffee shop. You can take the breakfast at discount price of 50% off the list price .
Our building is Machiya-style of wooden building. Machiya-house meant traditional private house, it was refreshed for the guests. You will be able to feel home atmosphere of Japan.
No curfew.

Convenient location - 10 min walk from Subway Gojo Station. One stop from JR Kyoto Station.
Easy to access to major Kyoto sightseeing spots such as Kiyomizu-dera, Nijo Castle, Kinkaku-ji and Arashiyama.

==About the room==
The doors of private guestrooms are lockable.
In the dormitory rooms, there are not the door key and locker. You're urged to keep your valuables by yourself.

The toilet and the shower room are shared by all of guests.
It is hoped that keep available time (8am-11pm) of shower room.
We have the small kitchen. There are the microwave, toaster, IH-heater and the fridge.
You can prepare simple cooking. However, can't full-cooking that take time.

Please note we aren't barrier-free house.
Male dormitory room has loft(attic)-style. So you have to take the ladder when you in and out of the room. It might be physically difficult for old people, children, disabled people .
When we regarded as you have different condition, we may reject your stay. when you book the room, please check your booking for any mistakes.

1, From Kyoto Station, take a subway bound for KokusaiKaikan.
2, Get off at the Gojo Station (one stop from Kyoto Station).
3, From Exit #2. Walk toward West (opposite the McDonald's)on the Gojo Street.
You can find the overpass 200m away from the Exit#2.
Also pass the LAWSON(convenience store) on your right.
4, Turn right at the intersection after the you see a bus stop by the street.(opposite WADACHI the bike store)
(You are to turn right at the 3rd signals from theExit#2. )
5, After one block from the intersection, take left at the corner of apartment building.
6, We are the 5th house on your left from the corner.

About 600yen - 700yen. Easier and faster if you are
in a group of 2 to 4.
== BY BUS ==
1. Take Kyoto City Subway Karasuma Line and get off at Gojo Station. You can reach us after a 5-minute walk from Exit #2.
2. Twenty minutes on foot from Central Gate of JR Kyoto Station.
3. Take City Bus #50 at #B2 stop in front of Central Gate of JR Kyoto Station. You can reach us after a 1-minute walk from Gojo-Nishinotoin bus stop.
4. Fifteen minutes on foot from Karasuma Station on Hankyu Kyoto Line.
5. Fifteen minutes on foot from Omiya Station on Hankyu Kyoto Line.
6. Fifteen minutes on foot from Shijo-Omiya Station on Keifuku Arashiyama Line.

If you can arrive to our hostel before 11:00am, there will be the staff. So you will be able to go to sightseeing after you drop your baggage in our common room.
When you can?t come in the morning time, our staff may go out. In that case, you may leave your baggage in the space inside the front door.
However, you must not leave your valuables in that space because there is not such a kind of thing like a locker.
We don't take any responsibility in case of troubles of your baggage.
When you know your arrival time, please let me know. We would like to respond to your arrival as flexible as possible.

Most of the rooms are on the second and third floor of the building. Please understand above.
