Only TEN min walk from JR Kyoto Station. FREE Wi-Fi and 24 hours shower. It is very convenient access to the WORLD HERITAGE sites of Kyoto town. We are the Value-for-Money inn with many useful facilities and services.

We respect the neghborhoods who live in this area for many years. And most of the neghborhoods are elderly person. Sorry but we are afraid that we can't accept travelers who do not have understandings for the local people.

Also please note that we DO NOT accept travellers who
- make a noise until midnight.
- smoke cigarette in front of the house of neighborhood.
- throw the cigarette butts on the ground
- drink alcohol too much

Between 9:00 - 11:00.
You can leave your luggage before check-in.

Our guesthouse is exclusively non-smoking.
Also there is no smoking space in front of guesthouse.
This is strictly prohibided by the local town law (Shimizu Cyounai Kai).

*** Quiet & elderly neighborhoods ***
Please do not make a big noise after 21:00 both in & outside of the guesthouse.
Most of the neighborhoods are elderly person & sleep early. Please respect them.

1: Look for Kyoto Tower (every Kyoto people knows)
2: Keep west on Shiokoji-doriwhich is the street between JR Kyoto station & Kyoto Tower.
3: Accross the Horikawa-dori(big street) & keep going west on Shiokoji-dori(You will see the street become narrow.) until you find guesthouse.(100m from Horikawa-dori)
4: Please check the Photo of the Entrance of Tomato Guesthouse to arrive easier. (There is Tomato Japanese lamtern in the entrance.)

Tomato Guest House is located on Shiokoji-dori which is one of the main street of Kyoto.
Landmark is Rihga Royal Hotel(big hotel) & it takes 1minute on foot.
