==== KHAOSAN KYOTO CANCELLATION POLICY ====
* 50% CHARGE
50% of room fare shall be charged if you inform us 1 day prior to the accommodation date.
* 100% CHARGE
100% of room fare shall be charged if your cancellation date is on the accommodation day.
+ Based on Reception business hour, 08:00 ~ 21:00 in Japan Standard Time.
* NO SHOW
If we could not confirm your arrival by 24:00 in the midnight, we consider the guest as NO SHOW CASE and we cancel the booking. Please note that we charge 100% for the first night and 50% for the second night in this case.
* DEPOSIT
The 10% deposit for any booking is non-refundable and non-replaceable in case of cancellation and booking arrangement.
* BOOKING ARRANGEMENT
If you would like to change your booking date, please inform us your amendment detail via E-mail. ( in your earliest convenience is preferable, at least 2 days before). Because of the fact that we basically arrange your booking in accordance with our cancellation policy.

We are backpackers' hostel and all our facilities are shared basis. All the beds in our hostel are bunk beds.

* From JR Kyoto Sta. (Subway Karasuma Line/3 min/210JPY) >> Shijo Sta. *10 min walk 'Bukkoji-dori Street' to the hostel from Shijo Sta/No.3 Exit.
From Kyoto station to Shijo station by subway.
And change to Hankyu line to get to Kawaramachi sta.
Leave the Kawaramachi station and walk right to Exit 10.
Go up the stairs. you will see Fujii Daimaru department store behind you. take right on Teramachi street, you will see on the right side. You will see a convenience store 'Family Mart' on the right side. Our hostel is just 30meters down the street from this convenience store. (You will see 'Khaosan Kyoto's sign board' on your right side shortly after passed the convenience store.)
