We are a modern hostel and all rooms have TV and air-conditioning for free , individual showers with hot water 24hours a day.

Free pick up service is between 8:00am-11:00am / 15:00pm-19:30pm.
You can drop off your luggage anytime after 8:00am.
Please let us know if you plan to check in after 20:00.
- If you need to cancel your booking or change the dates, please email us (hakuba@kshouse.jp) .
* If you can not or do not show up without noticing us, and if you have reserved more than two nights, the remaining nights will be canceled.
-Some 4-bed dormitory rooms have 5 beds! (prices are the same)
-We do not accept large group (> 9 people) bookings even if the bookings come from different persons with the intention to form a group in the hostel. We have the right to cancel large group bookings.
- Any deposit paid for large group bookings cannot be claimed back to the host.
Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours cancellation or any changes to your reservation prior to your scheduled arrival,
otherwise we will charge you cancellation fee as below.
* 30% of your first night will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 20:00pm 2days before your scheduled arrival.
* 50% of your first night will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 20:00pm on the day before your scheduled arrival.
* 100% of your first night will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 11:00am on your scheduled arrival or No show.

We require 7 days cancellation or any changes to your reservation prior to your scheduled arrival,
otherwise we will charge you cancellation fee as below.
* 30% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 20:00pm 7 to 5 days before your scheduled arrival.
* 50% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 20:00pm 4 to 3 days before your scheduled arrival.
* 100% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 20:00pm 2 days before on your scheduled arrival or No Show.

There is a shortcut path which takes you to wider road on you right hand side. There is a railway crossing at the end of the path. Make right turn at the railway crossing. Keep waling the road along a reiver toward uphill for 5min. After you pass a parking lot on your left hand side you will see a red house with silver roofing on your right hand side. Turn right at the corner after the house. Tun left at the next intersection. It is roughly a minute walk to K's House. There are our brochure with map on them at the station. Or you can call us from JR Kamishiro station. |
