Vandrarhem Hakuba Today Guesthouse and Hostel, Nagano (Hakuba), Japan
Today Guesthouse is coveniently located in the center of Hakuba, just a minute's walk from the Goryu and Hakuba 47 Ski Resort free shuttle bus stop and a few minutes walk from the biggest supermarket in Hakuba. We welcome long termers (no more 60 minutes hiking to get some groceries !) The night shuttle bus stop (access to hot springs,more bars,restaurants etc) is just next door. The train station is only 15 minutes walk away.
We have a Restaurant & Bar as well. We serve good meals and drinks at discounted prices for guests at the Today Restaurant. You can mingle with the Japanese locals and learn some local culture. The owner speaks reasonable English.
We have 3-4 person private rooms, and a 4 person dorm ( bunk beds ) and 5 person self contained family cabins complete with their own living area and a kitchen. Naturally there is a communal kitchen, bathroom and washing machine for everyone to use. We have a Restaurant & Bar as well. You can mingle with the many Japanese locals and practice your Japanese with them.
Wifi is free for all of our guests. Free tea and coffee is available in the communal kitchen for all customers.

Att ta sig till Hakuba Today Guesthouse and Hostel VandrarhemWhen you arrive at Hakuba train station, go straight to the intersection located in front of the train station. Once you are at the intersection walk south (right if you are facing the station) along Rte 148. At the 10 minutes mark you should be passing Max Valu supermarket on your right and Gusto restaurant on your left. Keep going straight and you should be able to see the Today Guesthouse sign on your left. It costs about 800 yen from Hakuba station by taxi. |
