Take the Asakusa Line and get off at Magome Station. It does take about 100 minutes.
Or
Take the Keisei Line (65min) to Aoto Station, transfer the line into the Asakusa Line (42min) and go to Magome Station.
Or
Take the Keisei Skyliner (39min) to Nishi Nippori Station, transfer the JR line (26min) to Gotanda Station and transfer again the Asakusa Line (5min) to Magome Station.
From Haneda airport:
Take the Keihin Kyuko (Keikyu) Line (23min) to Sengakuji Station, transfer the line into the Asakusa Line and get off Magome Station.
