Beautiful, secluded riverside location on the Kampong Bay River. just outside Kampot town. Lovely riverside bungalows with en suite bathroom and on-river balcony and nice/clean double/ twin rooms.
Friendly relaxed balcony bar and fantastic fresh food restaurant over the river edge. Wifi in all rooms and bungalow. Boat hire. Fantastic sunrise view, rope swing and water tubes. Located just off Tek Chhou road.
We now have a new floating Pontoon so you can sunbath, swim , drink and eat on the river and even watch the stars at night. And a beach on the river, we have fire and BBQ on request. See pictures.

- Any booking cancellation and booking amendment need to inform us by email 48 hours before arrival time. Otherwise, we will charge your first night as penalty .
- Any No Show booking, your first night accommodation fee will be charged.
