Not only is this a FREE pick-up service, but you will also avoid the hassles from motodops and tuk-tuk drivers when you arrive Siem Reap by bus or taxi. This is especially worth noting if you plan to travel overland from Bangkok. As with any other hotel and guesthouse that do not participate in the many bus scams and complex commission based pricing structures, DO NOT be diverted from your choice of hotel or guesthouse, with comments like, it?s closed, it?s flooded, it's too far away from town etc. as this is just a way of getting you to stay at 'their' hotels and guesthouses where they will receive hefty commissions for dropping you off.
