Beware, there are two bus terminals near the railway station, one is on the south-east side (for taking No.80 bus), and another one is on the south-west side (for taking No.16 / 64 bus) of the railway station:
No.80 bus (recommended)
Take the No. 80 bus and get off at æ?eidajie?ï¼?å??大è¡?ï¼?. Look for a river. When the bus has crossed the bridge over the river, get off and walk 50m south, turn right and walk another 100m. You will see the guesthouse on the right hand side.
No.16 / 64 bus
Look for the river. Once the bus has crossed the bridge, get off at Wanfuqiao (ä¸?ç¦æ¡¥ ) / Wenshuyuan ï¼?æ??æ®?é?¢ï¼?station. Walk south about 50m/10m, turn left (cross the street) to Wenshuyuan Street, and you will be able to see the red wall of the Wenshu Monastery. Walk along the red wall about 300m and turn left at the second junction, walk about 80m to the end and turn right, then walk straight on for about 50m, then you will see our guesthouse on your left side.
If you arrive at Chengdu Airport
The International terminal is under construction, so the International and Domestic terminals are in the same building.
Bus 303 goes from Chengdu airport to the North Railway Station. Ask to get off the bus at Wenshu Temple (6 RMB, 45 minutes) on Renminzhonglu (人æ°?ä¸è·¯) just before Wanfu Bridge(ä¸?ç¦æ¡¥). Note, there are two different bus lines at the airport that have the number 303! When you come out of the airport building, the Airport bus 303 is right in front of you. Don't get this one. Look for the 'public transport Service bus 303 terminal' which you will find just after walking under the flyover. Walk beyond Airport bus 303 towards the north-east for about 90 m and get on Service bus 303.
. When you get off, walk back the way the bus came about 200m, and you will find the way to the temple (the red wall) on your left. |
