Vandrarhem XiaMen Baijiacun International Hostel, Xiamen, Kina
Xiamen Baijiacun International Hostel is located down town in Xiamen. The nearest tourist spots are Zhongshan Lu (Zhongshan Road), Gulangyu Island, Nanputuo Temple, Huandao Road (Ring Road), Botanical Garden, Bailuzhou Park (Egret Islet).
The hostel is situated in Baijiacun,a very old neighborhood of Xiamen. What you are going to see and experience in this 1-kilometer-long street is the miniature of whole Xiamen local life: locals, Xiamen-style buildings, special local snacks like Liyou Salted Duck, Linbian Fish Ball, Wu?s Dried Tofu, Ginger Duck.
Entering the hostel, you will be immediately attracted by two paintings of Fish Ladies by Ding Shaoguang inlaid on the red front wall. It is even more romantic the moment you push the gate open: the water lily is just waking up; PanPan, the white Garfield and LanLan, the blue cat are dozing on the swing; the flower bed in the front yard is made into a one-of-a-kind bar counter. The plant porch, the big balcony, the one-hundred-year-old tree, the Richard music, ? everything is so perfect that you are probably already thinking of extending your stay.
We now have to set the door policy. A Pos (old ladies) from the neighborhood are even talking about making Kongfu tea in the yard everyday!
Apo Wu (Granny Wu) next door comments, ?This is definitely gonna be the new centre the Baijiacun.?

Övrig information om detta VandrarhemThe 1930s and 40s had witnessed so many stories, sad and happy. Now, as then, people long to stay in that old place they grew up in. Step into your yard and job your memory with buildings in the European style with elegant old balconies.
It is the young travel buddies (we call them Travel Donkey) who come along all the time nowadays. There are so many activities you could do that you will never be at a loss for excitement! There is an exquisite flower bed bar with soft sunshine beaming in. There is a relaxing terrace overhung with shade from trees. There is a fascinating game area on the flower porch where we could play ?Killer? game. And, of course, you can?t afford to miss a nice cozy little dining room. Would you care for a nice cup of Iron Goddess Tea (TieGuanYin), espresso, or a cocktail? What more can you ask for, what happiness can we provide?
Downstairs, a guy is probing under the pool table as he just lost a bet to someone. Accept it, man! A couple on the swing are laughing.
Those who simply want to be alone could just lie back on the couch and indulge themselves in the books at the reading area. Or, dazing in a quiet corner of our backyard is another great alternative.
Music all around. And easy access to wireless internet makes it possible for you to share your moments with distant friends.
Look! They are Pan Pan, the white Garfield, and Lan Lan, the blue cat. They are dying to meet new friends who they can play together with.

from airport:
take bus No.27 to 'Zhong Shan Gong Yuan ' station,got off and go backwards to the crossroad , cross the street to the opposite side, go towards and find 'Liaohua Lu' guidepost , along with 'Liaohua Lu', you will find the hostel.
Taxi expense is about RMB37 yuan.
from railway station:
take bus No.3/No.21 to 'Zhong Shan Gong Yuan ' station,follow the direction as above.
Taxi expense is about RMB10 yuan.
from SongBo bus station:
take bus No.86/No.616 to 'Gong Yuan Dong Lu ' station,look the opposite side you can see our hostel with red wall.go backwards and cross the underground passage.
Taxi expense is about RMB17 yuan.
from HuBin bus station:
go out the station and turn left to 'Tian Hu Yuan 'station,take bus No.86/No.87 to 'Gong Yuan Dong Lu ' station,look the opposite side you can see our hostel with red wall.go backwards and cross the underground passage.

When take taxi, pls tell driver: Go to Xiamen hotel of Hu Yuan road, then go towards slowly and enter LiaoHua road. You can find us soon!
