Vandrarhem Lete Youth Hostel, Xining, Kina
Lete Youth Hostel is a guesthouse in Xining for all-age travelers, operating since April 2007. This hostel is centrally located in the downtown area of Xining with many local and western restaurants close by.
Our aim is to provide a warm and cozy place for backpackers and travelers. Our hostel is on the 16th floor and has a wonderful view of the city and scenery surrounding.
We try our best to give you a ?home away from home? with several sitting areas: In the Café & Bar, there is a pool table and a comfortable wooden Kang; In the TV area, there is a large TV with a DVD player, the cable TV service and the satellite TV service available. We also have self-serviced kitchen and laundry room.
We have a great variety of rooms; from spacious doubles with a fantastic view to inexpensive dorm rooms and nice apartments with a kitchenette. Throughout the hostel are large sitting areas with comfortable seating, refreshments available and very friendly, helpful English-speaking staff. Upstairs you will find the office of ?Tibetan Connections?- a travel agency which can help you get Lhasa permits, train & air tickets and arrange trekking in Tibetan areas.

Att ta sig till Lete Youth Hostel VandrarhemFrom Xining Train Station (called as ?The West Train Station?):
- When you go out EXIT of the train station, turn right, you will find the bus station.
- Take the bus No.5
- Then get off at 'Nan Shan Gong Yuan Lu Kou' bus stop, you will see the ICBC bank across from this bus stop.
- Walk across the street and walk down ?Nan Da Jie? street which is at left side of ICBC bank, then you will pass by a Post Office, turn right when you see the first turn, then you walk for 200 meters, you will see some 16-floor tall buildings on your left side. When you see the one with ?5? on the gate and also a yellow sign with Lete Youth Hostel?s name in front the gate, you find us. Please take the elevator to get to the 15th floor, then walk up one more floor, you will be arriving at the reception.
From the airport:
- Take the airport bus for 25 Yuan get to 'Xi Men' bus stop at downtown. It takes half a hour.
- Then take taxi from there to ?Guo Ji Cun Gong Yu, No. 5 Building? where Lete Youth Hostel is located, for 6 Yuan, about 10 minutes.
