We also provide sticky rice for the alms giving each morning. This is complimentary of the house.
Please be respectful to the ancient tradition of Alms Giving.
To the monks and the Lao People this is a very sacred ceremony. Taking pictures with flash and/or from a close distance is extremely disturbing.
The Lao People are very polite and probably won't tell you if your behaviour is disturbing them. However if you see other tourists doing this, please speak up.
Taking pictures a respectful distance without flash is fine.
