We will always try our best to keep groups in the same dorm. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, this is not always possible.

CHECK-IN TIMES
Please take note that our normal check-in time is at 2pm and check-out is at 12pm. Request for early check-in/out is subject to bed availability.

DEPOSITS
We charge a deposit of MYR30 per person upon check-in. This fee will be refunded to you upon your check-out.

LATE ARRIVALS
We reserve the right to sell the room after two hours upon the booking time.
If you are arriving between 11pm and 7am, please email us ahead and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
** for midnight or early morning arrivals, we advise that you do take note of your exact arrival time as per international guidelines. If you are uncertain, do clarify this with us in advance to avoid any inconveniences.

When you arrive at KLIA, the ERL will connect you to KL Sentral.Take a connecting PUTRA LRT from KL Sentral to Pasar Seni Station.Head towards Kota Raya shopping mall. We are located directly across the road from there at KK Mart.
WALKING FROM PUDURAYA MAIN BUS STATION
If you are arriving on bus at Puduraya Bus Station, walk along Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock towards Chinatown/Petaling Street. Look out for Kota Raya shopping Mall. We are located directly across the road at KK Mart.
