Welcome to Zackry Guest House
BASIC rooms have only FAN. Only STANDARD AND DELUXE ones have AIRCONDITIONER. NO TV in all rooms. Linens, towels,are provided free. Hot shower and shower gel included for all bathrooms.
This is a family run hostel located in Tengah Beach. It offers basic accommodation with cafes/restaurants/bars/shops around it. The house is surrounded by trees and mountain, so please expect leaves droppings and some surprising visits of wild and friendly animals.

Rental for locker is RM5/box/stay without padlock - you can use your own or buy it at the reception upon arrival at RM5.

Check in time : 1500 hrs Check out time : 1200 hrs. Early check in and late check out are possible however it is subjected to the availability of the room. We ACCEPT CASH transactions only and all accounts MUST BE PAID IN FULL upon arrival.
We have 3 friendly dogs in our guesthouse.
The Beach - 500 meters of long white sandy beach is just 5 mins walking distance
PICK UP services is available by request (chargeable) - airport only.
Cancellation policy no show or cancellation less than 24hours due to arrival date: one night. Full-night-cancellation fees for November - February. No refund after checking in.
Due to our limited rooms, we only hold the room until 1600hrs of the day, please call or SMS if you come later than that to avoid any inconveniences. Note that the ATM cash machine is 1km away and it is advisable to get your cash at the airport/ferry terminal ATM to avoid inconveniences.

Please note that the nearest ATM is 1.7kms away and it?s advisable to get cash at the airport or ferry terminal to avoid inconvenience.
We have a 24hr cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of the first night?s accommodation. There are full-night cancellation fees between November and February. There?s no refund after checking in.

From Langkawi International Airport:
A taxi will cost MYR20 for up to three passengers. It's a 15-minute journey (about 9km). For more than three people it should be MYR7 per person.
From Ferry Terminal:
A taxi will cost MYR24 or MYR9 per person, whichever is higher. The journey is about 30 minutes (23km) to Jalan Teluk Baru street. Please get the taxi from the official taxi counter next to KFC.
The best is to tell the taxi to take you towards Holiday Villa and look for the signboard on the left hand-side between Thai Mom Seafood Restaurant and La Bamba.
Pick up service:
From the airport it's MYR20 for a maximum of three passengers or MYR7 per person. Regretfully, we can't pick you up from the jetty.
By car/scooter: (map should be given freely from the rental agency). Take the road towards Awana Porto Malai. We are located on the left hand-side between Thai Mom Seafood Restaurant and La Bamba. |
