-My guesthouse in the suburb is located on Peace Avenue that links Sukhbaatar Square and the Chinggis Khaan International Airport in Ulaanbaatar. The location is at 7km from the airport, 7km from train station and at 9km from Sukhbaatar Square. In cold winter, I invite you to stay out of the very crowded city center.
Go on one of my tours where I will drive myself out of Ulaanbaatar, to nomadic families or to tank or APC driving, firing RPG and shooting ranges !!!

I drive you to the city center and back free of charge. By the way, a station of airport bus No.22 is at 30meters from the guesthouse. The appartment is on 2nd floor of a 3-storey yellow building which is connected to the central heating and water supply. It has 2 rooms with high ceilings and big windows, a shower room, a toilet, a balcony and a kitchen. We have a free internet access in your room. Staying in my suburban guesthouse, you can also observe how common people of Ulaanbaatar live as well as you visit suburb a school and a suburb kindergarden.
Supermarkets, canteens and a high-speed are found at 60-200meters from us.

Övrig information om detta GuesthouseIt's very calm around. Heating and watersupply in this area is traditionally as one of the best in the whole city because of its vicinity to power plant stations. My appartments is very warm too. Shower room and toilet are separate. I keep my guesthouse very clean and tidy. Windows of room and kitchen are big and they look towards the sun. You may enjoy reading or looking through my collections of books, journals, newspapers on politics, travel, history and sport. Book excange is easy and favourable in here. The 35-channel cable TV including 'Al Jazeera', 'TV5 Monde', 'DW-TV', available, of course. Ceilings are very high here. I invite you to jogg in winter weather which you would find the amazingly best ever you experienced. It's an ideal place for the route.
