Some little things to take note of:
- We only accept cash payment in SGD.
- There's a SGD20 refundable key deposit upon check-in.This fee will be refunded to you upon your check-out.
- We do not allow children 16 years and below to stay in our Dorms.
- Children below 16 should be accompanied by an adult. If you have young children traveling with you, please call or email to inform us first.
- We reserve the right to turn away guests we deem unsuitable. Booking fees with Hostelworld are non-refundable.
- Please take note that our normal check-in time is at 2pm and check-out is at 12pm. Early check-in is subject to bed availability.
- We will only hold your beds or rooms for 3 hours from the arrival time you have stated in your booking form. So if there are any changes to your travel plans, please kindly inform us by phone, email or drop us a msg in Facebook.

2) Additional single beds are available at SGD$20 per bed for private Family Rooms.
3) Payment: Cash payment only in hostel. A deposit of SGD$20 is to be placed upon check-in.(There's also an option to put a Photo ID card, Driver's licence,Student ID or any other currency as the deposit for those who wish to spend all your Singapore Dollar.)
4) Credit cards: Not accepted but we are in the process of making it happen.
5) Cancellation policy: Booking in advance is advisable. 72 hours or 3 days advance notice is required for cancellation, postponement or any special requests you may have. Deposits made are non- refundable.
6) We will only hold your rooms/beds for 3 hours from your stated time of arrival in your booking form. (Kindly send us an email or call us if there are any changes to your itinerary.)
