?We would be grateful if you could inform us at least 72 hours in advance should you decide to cancel or make any changes to your booking, otherwise the first night's charge is applicable.
In the event that no cancellation notification is made, the first two nights of your reservations will be levied if you are on at least a two night reservation.
An additional 5% administrative will be charged as the cancellation transaction is administered on your credit card.

? We operate a 24 hours reception thus if you have an early flight, you may check in early and use our facilities or you can leave your bags with us whilst you head out to explore the city.
?Likewise, if you have a late flight or bus to catch on the day of your checkout, you may leave your bags with us at no additional cost..

?We will keep the room/bed for you for 3 hours from the stated time of arrival. After which it will be released for booking. If there is a delay in your itinerary, we would appreciate if you could let us know through phone or email.
* Group Bookings of 8 person or more has a 10% surcharge on top of the bill payable upon check-in. This surcharge is payable in cash upon check-in.
- We reserve the right to turn away guests we deem unsuitable. Booking fees with Hostelworld are non-refundable.
