This is a small guest house located next to 'Raja pihilla' where accient kings had their out door baths. It is only a 15 mins walk (around the lake) from the city.
You can live with a local family who love company & entertaining. This is a registed guesthouse under Sri Lanka Tourist Board.
There are four double bed rooms with attached barth rooms (H/C water), fan, mosquito nets & these are with sit down private balconies. (type II & III)
For your low bugurt there are two double rooms with attach toilets (type I)
There are two family rooms with three beds each.
Extra beds could be provided on request.
Home cooked meals could be provided on request. It could be western or Sri Lanka like Kiribath, malu ambulthiyal, kirihodi,.....

Att ta sig till Hill Way Tour Inn GuesthouseIf you are coming by bus or train get down at Kandy city & its more convinent to take a local taxi (a three wheeler/took took- 2 USD) than a bus (near the central market). Come around the lake (passing Devon Rest, Hotel Swiss, Mahamaya College, tennis court) & infront of Children's park turn right to Ampitiya Road. Proceed along for a short distance & oppasite to Holet Devon turn right again to Rajapihilla Mawatha & the place is few yards away. |
