Beach inns is a tourist board approved guest house. This family run guest house is the perfect place to relax on an uncrowded tropical beach or explore the surrounding ocean.
It is situated in coastal area of Madiha, which is only a few kilometers south of the popular tourist beach resort of Mirrisa and a few kilometers north of the city of Matara. Madiha is a safe, quiet place away from the regular tourist stops where you can experience the real Sri Lanka.
The guest house also has its own dive school which provides the most affordable PADI courses on the island. The family can also organize fishing trips and tours of the island tailored to your own interests and timeframe, to places such as turtle sanctuaries, Yala national park, tea plantations and cultural sites.
Att ta sig till Beach Inns GuesthouseThe guest house is on the beach in Madiha, 5km north of Matara.
If traveling by train- the nearest station is Matara. From there take a tuc tuc to the guest house, it should cost around 250LKR.
By bus- alight at Polhena Junction. From there take a tuc tuc to the guest house for around 100LKR.
By car- turn to the seaside from Polhena Junction or through Sri Sudharmarama Road.
