126 Mansion is a Guesthouse which is located in Palpan-dong(aka Samchung-dong), the centre of culture and art, in downtown Seoul.
Palpan-dong is just around the corner from Gyungbokgung, the first royal palace of the Joseon Dynasty. This place has been at the very centre of the Capital city of Korea since the old days of the royal dynasty; in this area, eight Panseos(Ministers of the Joseon Dynasty) used to reside here hence where Palpan-dong(an eight-Panseos? village) got its name.
Within a 3-minute walk from our Guesthouse, you can see a variety of galleries, shops and cafes in a busy street. Han-ok Maeul (Korea?s traditional house village) is within a 10-minute walk. It is about 5 to 30 minute walk to Seoul?s most famous historic sites such as Gyungbokgung, Changdukgung, and Deoksugung. Also you can get to Myung-dong, Dongdaemun and Namdaemun markets, and Gwanghwamun square.
Equally, we are proud of the picturesque surroundings of the 126 Mansion. Just beside our Guesthouse, there is a beautiful promenade of the stone wall of Gyungbokgung leading to Cheongwa-dae (the Blue House).

-Stay for more than a week at a 5% discounted price;
?To cancel hotel reservations and to be refunded, the guest is required to notify us at least 5 days before your check-in date through email or telephone. Otherwise, no-show penalties will be imposed, according to the following cancellation and refund policy of our Guesthouse:
-Refund of the total deposit in case of prior notification of cancellation 3 days before the check-in date;
-No refund in the other cases

Course A
1. At ?Anguk Station? take Exit No 1
2. Walk towards ?Gyeongbok Palace? for about 450M
3. From there turn right in front of 'Ran studio' and go straight for about 500M
4. Cross the pedestrian crossing towards ??? ? ???(Jinsun Book café)
5. Here, take the road on the left of ?Jinsun Book café?
and go straight for about 5M toward 'Cheongwadae'
6. Next, turn right passing by 'IHN Gallery' on your right side
7. As soon as you turn right, turn left and you can see our guesthouse
(There is a huge zelkova close by our guesthouse)
Course B
1. At ?Anguk Station? take Exit No 1
2. Walk towards Gyeongbokgung for about 30M
3. From there turn right in front of ??????(Girls' high school)
and go straight for about 150M
4. Next, turn left in front of the 'Art Sonje center' and go straight for about 80M
5. Finally, turn right in front of 'NoNo Cafe' and go straight about 20M
