Vandrarhem Bike Tainan Hostel, Tainan, Taiwan
Bike Tainan Hostel is located within biking distance of many of Tainan's best tourist and shopping attractions. It is also within easy walking distance of bus station. There are all 3 bus stops 5 minutes away from the hostel, so getting to wherever you want to go is quick and easy. It is also within easy biking distance of the Confucius temple, The National Museum of Taiwan Literature, the EXCELLENT night market, NCKU. The Tainan Culture Center is also not too far - a huge, and free, art gallery with constantly changing exhibitions.
This is a small, cozy hostel. We have a 3-bed female dorm, 4-bed mixed dorm, and 1 double room, 1 single room and 2 family rooms. Each of the rooms is well ventilated instead of being stuffy!! Besides each room has electric fans, hair dryers and kettles, and all bathrooms have free shower gel and shampoo. Each of the rooms also has high speed Wi-Fi internet access. Inside the house, there is a small lobby with TV, DVD, comfortable sofas; outside the house, there is a handmade lounge bar and very Big Backyard with plenty of fruit trees. It is even possible to have a small concert on a sward!!
WHY to Staying in B.T.H:
There is an excellent food night market(è?±å??å¤?å¸?) next to the hostel with lots of stalls serving various delicious Taiwanese snacks and meals, as well as lots of tea vendors. Also most of Tainan's night-life entertainments are easy to get to from here.
We will help you make the most of your trip to Tainan, and can help with directions around the city or help you to plan day trips and activities. We can also provide street maps, and suggest the best places to go to eat and shop, Asian and Western.

Take No. 18 from the bus station located across the train station. The bus fee is TWD 18 and our hostel is only 10 stops away from the bus station, about 10-15 minutes, alighting at the next sop immediately after the bus makes its 3rd left turn. You will see a 7-11 on your right side. This road will be ? Changrong Rd. 5 sec?(???5?). You will see the ?Dawu St.? (???)signboard on the same road just behind the bus stop. Walking through the ?Dawu St.? (???) and it will take you about 4 minutes to walk here, we are located on your left side. In the midway, you can see a police station located on your right side.
By taxi?
Call for taxi in the front of the train station, it will take you about 5-8 mins as of Dec 2011. It should cost you no more than TWD150. Because the driver here don?t understand English at all, so just show our address and contact number in Chinese and we will told them the way how to drive here:
