Vandrarhem Siam Journey Guesthouse, Bangkok, Thailand
We are a small community orientated guest house, located right in the middle of Bangkok in a secluded in a Thai community. Because of our community focus we take guest on lots of trips around the city every week.
We have one 8-bed dormitory with A/C, secured lockers, clean linen, towels and shared bathrooms fast WiFi access.
We are conveniently located in the centre of Bangkok, next to Phaya Thai BTS station and the Airport Link. The ride from the Suvarnabhumi Airport to Phaya Thai Station is a mere 15 minutes. From Phaya Thai Station, where it is linked to the Phaya Thai BTS station, an approximately 4 minutes walk takes you to us. A 10 minutes walk brings you to Siam Square, Bangkok's main shopping belt. Minutes away from us you can also find local pubs and restaurants, plus plenty of local delicacies in traditional food stalls.
Surrounding us are many attractions and must-see destinations. You can go to the Baiyoke Tower II Observatory and Revolving Roofdeck for a panoramic view of the city, head down to Suan Pakkad Palace for its extensive collection of Asian arts and many more.
Being situated in the centre of Bangkok with easy access to the public transport system also means that you can travel easily to wherever you want in Bangkok. Less than 10 minutes away you will be able to find a bus station in Victory Monument, where there are minivans bringing you to anywhere else in Thailand.
We are a group of young liberals who enjoy meeting new people and exchanging different cultures. Being adventurous travelers ourselves we hope to provide as much excitement and comfort to all who pass through our doors.
While we stay in the bustling city centre, our street is well cut off from the noisy roads and you can be assured that you will be well rested at night. We have weekly activities that you can join in, such as our weekly games night, where our friends from all walk of lives and countries come in for a night of enjoyment.

Att ta sig till Siam Journey Guesthouse VandrarhemFrom Phaya Thai BTS station, which is linked to the Airport Rail Link, go down Exit 1 (of the BTS Skytrain station, not the Airport Rail Link) and walk against the traffic. You should be heading towards Ratchathewi (RAH-CHA-THE-WEE) BTS Skytrain station.
On your right, you will pass by Starbucks and a 7-11. Keep walking for a little longer and you will see The Canton House, a Chinese restaurant serving dim sum.
Turn right into the street just after The Canton House and head on straight for roughly 50 metres. You will see a green-walled building in front of you. Turn right again into the next street after the green building and you can see a small altar right in front of you. Turn left from there and you will be able to see us sandwiched between two shuttered up house. We are a peach-coloured wall with a three-step stairs.
