Pankled Villa

There are 31 Lanna-Thai teak wooden cottages and 4 Family rooms. Facilities include Telephone in all the rooms, Television with Satellite channels in the room, water heater, free Wi-Fi in-room and public area, open-air restaurant decorated by the folk style which serves Thai and local delicacies.
Pankled: The Traditional Northern Art about the roof making by cutting a sheet of teak wood like a fish scale and spreading over the roof. This is the proudly symbolic of Chiang Rai people from past to present.

After arrival/Checked-in:
?We adhere to your confirmation details. Changes to your room type may not available.
?Changes to your period / length of stay will also result in a cancellation charge. This includes shortened stay requests or revised dates after arrival. The cancellation fee is 20% of the total room rate.
?The deposit is established by the hostel booking website, not the hotel. There is no deposit refund regardless of the reason for cancellation.
?10% of the deposit is calculated per room per night. For shortened stay, the deposit of the night cancellation will not be deducted from the balance due.
For example:
The room was booked for 3 nights at 1,000 Baht/room/night. Total 3,000 baht. The deposit was 300 Baht. If the guest would like to cancel the 3rd night after arrival, only 200 Baht deposit will be deducted from the balance due 2000 Baht.

From the bus station, turn right at the traffic lights.

Pass 'Sri sai moon' Intersection then turn left at 'Mae Korn' Intersection.

Go straight on and then turn left at Prachasanti Rd. (which you can see Buffalo Hill Guesthouse signboard)

Go along this road around 1.5 km. Pankled Villa (Buffalo Hill Guesthouse) is on your left hand side.

Also, you can take a local transport called Tuk Tuk to Pankled Villa just 10 minutes.
