Vandrarhem Freedom Estate, Koh Lanta, Thailand
Our six 1-bedroom apartments are built in double units 25 meters (80 feet) above sea level, with scenic views over the Andaman Sea and several offshore islands. It's the ideal place for people who wish to be away from the crowds.
All units feature a fully equipped kitchen with coffee brewer, toaster oven, refrigerator, air conditioning, hot showers, a king-size double bed and a table and chairs. Satellite TV and Radio with many channels to choose from, ADSL Internet connection, digital safe,are the latest additions! They also have a private balcony with a set of comfortable chairs and a table from where you can enjoy the view to the sea and the evening sunset.
We are located 6 km (4 miles) from Saladan (boat pier). We offer free transfers from the pier to Freedom Estate. The beach, several restaurants, bars and shops are all within walking distance!

Please note that our apartments were not damaged by the Tsunami disaster, as we are located a safe 25m above sea level! Lanta island suffered only minor damage compared to all the other affected regions in Thailand.
