1. NO SMOKING IN ROOMS. Smoke only at ROOM TERACE and designated areas for those above 18 years old.
2. CRIMINAL OFFENCES SUCH AS :

? SUBSTANCE ABUSE;
? UNDERAGE SMOKING;
? THEFT/STEALING;
? VANDALISM/DESTRUCTION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY;
? LITTERING;
? GAMBLING;
? UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY OR GATHERING FOR THE PURPOSE OF
COMMITTING ANYTHING ILLEGAL;
? FIGHTING;
? ANY OTHER FORMS OF CRIMINAL ACT OR BEHAVIOUR NOT STATED HERE;
WILL BE FORWITH REPORTED TO THE POLICE. OFFENDERS WILL BE HANDED
OVER TO THE RESPECTIVE AUTHORITY.
3. NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS FOR THOSE UNDER 18

COMPOUND AT ALL TIMES
7. NO COOKING IN THE ROOM .CAN COOK AT ROOM TERACE
8. NO MEMBERS OF THE OPPOSITE SEX SHALL BE ALLOWED IN ROOMS AFTER
10:00 PM
9. LIGHTS, FANS AND AIR-CONDITIONING TO BE SWITCHED OFF WHEN NO ONE IS
IN THE ROOM .
10. WINDOWS TO BE CLOSED WHEN AIR CONDITIONING IS SWITCHED ON
11. DUPLICATION OF KEYS IS PROHIBITED AND UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY TO A ROOM IS A SERIOUS OFFENCE.
12. AT THE END OF THE OCCUPATIONEL PERIOD,MAJESTIC ROOMS WILL DEDUCT ANY DEMAGES/LOST OF ROOM INVENTORY FROM 500 THB DEPOSIT.THE BALANCE OF DEPOSITE,IF ANY,WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE GUEST BY MAJESTIC ROOMS

Att ta sig till Majestic Rooms VandrarhemBy Car:
stay on a highway on Sukumwitroad, pass Tesco Lotus, after MACRO stop at the street light , turn right and drive 400 m, see 7/11 supermarket and turn left and see Majestic Jomtien.
By BUS from Bangkok Airport: there is direct bus from Suvarnambhumi airport at arrival level 1 between gate 7 and 8. Bell Travel is the best optionj and with 200 bath will bring you directly to Majestic.Visit belltravelservice.com. you can register and make booking. if not take normal also direct bus takes 90 min and cost 124 bath(run from 7 am till 10 pm).stop at jomtien beach at PanPan restaurant. From there take small bus and tell driver to stop at Jomtien Palace Hotel( cost 10 bath) and from there walk less 10 minutes till Majestic or ask the driver to drive til Majestic.-Important tell driver to drive MeLaOr market. WE are just acros the market.
By BUS from Bagkok: from two main bus station Ekamai and Moo Chit, buses run every 30 min, takes 2 hours and you pay 117 bath (Ekamai) or 125(MoChit). Pattaya Bus station is in Pattaya Nord street. Can take small bus and ask driver how much till Majestic in Jomtien -Bun Kanchana street, oposit MaeLa Or Market. If you are group normaly they charge 200 bath. If you want to arrive very cheap(10 bath) walk till Sukumwit road, cross and stop small bus and tell driver to stop at Boon Kanjana Temple. Once you stop cross carefuly Sukuwit street and walk down Bun Kanchana less 10 min , see 7/11 supermarket and next is Majestic Jomtien. |
