TERMS & CONDITIONS1. Validity: Please note that this contract is valid for ALL MARKETS. Room rates are quoted net in Thai Baht currency inclusive of American breakfast, 10% service charge, current applicable Value Added Vat 7% and Provincial Tax 1%. Rates are non-commissionable and based on single, double or twin occupancy for FIT and GIT (a minimum of 16 paid persons constitutes as a group).2. Internet Cautions: The contract rates is NOT permitted to use and/or advertise on the Internet or website, rooms sold via the Internet by Tours Operator(s)/Agent(s) must be mark up priced at least 25% above the contract rates. Or should you wish to sell Chaba Hotel via Internet, we will provide you with the appropriate rates. 3. Reservations & Booking Procedure: The Tours Operator(s)/Agent(s) shall submit all reservations by writing to the Hotel. All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation, unless a firm room allotment has been agreed upon by the Hotel. Reservation shall not be binding until acceptance and confirmation has been received from the Hotel. The Tours Operator agreed to provide written orders for bookings including indication of payment method before guest's arrival. Normal rates will be charged direct to the guests in absent of written confirmation from the Tours Operator. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 14.00 hrs. will required pre-registration to guarantee check-in. Pre-registration of rooms will be charged at 100% of the daily contract room rates and should be requested at time of reservation. Check-Out time is 12.00 hrs. Late departures up to 16.00 hrs, are available and subject to availability, at 50% charge of the daily contract room rates. After 16.00 hrs., the full day rate will be applicable. Day use room requirement should be requested at time of reservation. 5. Family Plan: Child under 12 years sharing accommodation with parents in existing bedding is free of charge, maximum one child per room. - Breakfast and others meals for children between 4 – 12 years will be entitled to 50% discount. - Maximum 3 adults sharing same room with one extra bed which will be charged as per contract rate.- Maximum 2 Children sharing room with 2 adults which will be charged same price as adult. - A baby cot is available with free of charge for Infant under 3 years old. 6. Daily Room Allotment: The Hotel reserves the right to revise/reduce number of room allotment with 90 days advance notice in case room productivity is less than 70% of the total granted allotment. The Hotel may request the return of allotments during high demand periods. 7. Voucher: If the Hotel approves credit terms, the Tours Operator agrees to provide the Hotel with a sample voucher for FIT bookings for reference. 8. Cancellations: The Tours Operator as indicated must notify the Hotel of any cancellations or reductions of room reservation at earliest possible, and in no cases later that specified hereunder or be subject to the following cancellation penalties. Green Season (Apr.01-Oct.31) : Last day for cancellation 7 days prior to arrival: otherwise 1 night charge and 100% charge for cancellation within 7 days before arrival date.High Season (Nov.01-Mar.31) : Last day for cancellation 21 days prior to arrival: otherwise 1 night chargePeak Season (Dec.22-Jan.10) : Last day for cancellation 30 days prior to arrival: otherwise 1 night charge* High & Peak Seasons : The Resort will charge 50% of the total room booked for cancellation within 14 days before arrival date and 100% charge for cancellation within 7 days before arrival date. 9. Early Check-out & No-show: Guest who early check-out prior to the end of their reservation will be subject to a minimum of one night's room charge up to a maximum of the entire contract rate for the remaining reservation period. No-show the agent agrees to allow the Hotel to charge at full amount of the total room charge for stay of the period booked. 10. Deposit: During Periods of high occupancy, the Hotel reserves the right to request a deposit ranging one night's contract rate up to 50% of the contract rate for the total reservation period for each room reserved. Deposit for group bookings will be specified separately for each group. 11. Complimentary: Applicable for a group of fifteen (15) paying rooms or thirty (30) paying guests, the Hotel will extend one(1) complimentary up to a maximum of two (2) complimentary rooms for bona fide Tour Leader(s). Complimentary rooms are non-cumulative and can only be used at the time the group is in-house. 12. Payment Policy: The Hotel may extend a credit facility which subject to the Hotel's approval. Kindly make money transfer to our Bank account as indicated below. The Hotel does not accept any bank charges or fees resulting from the transfer of money from your account to us. Any and all such fees or charges are for your account and cannot be deducted from the payments. Kindly advice us by fax after the transfer order has been made, for our reference only. Confidentiality: The Hotel contained in this agreement is strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties. For your acceptance of Terms and Conditions as above kindly have the relevant authorized person to sign, stamp and return the duplicate copy of this agreement to us, otherwise the contract will be considered null and void.
