Please note: DO NOT MAKE ANY RESERVATION IF YOUR ARRIVAL TIME IS OUTSIDE OPENING HOURS.
Check in time is between 1pm and 9pm only. We do not accept any arrivals after 9pm when reception is closed.

Forget the ugly concrete hotels, tour groups, tacky theme parks, freak shows and animals in cages, this is the place to experience the true nature of Phuket.
Stay at the quietest, most isolated beach approximately 13 kilometers north of the airport at Mai Khao in traditional Thai bamboo or wooden beach huts. We also have 2 Unique round, brick built cottages with en-suite bathroom only about 20 meters from the beach. Camping space by the beach and Sirinat national park is also available from 100 Baht per person with full use of our facilities. Fully licensed restaurant open daily on one of the last remaining quiet beaches in Phuket. Large range of Thai and English food.
No nightclubs, girlie bars, annoying touts, shopping malls, western supermarkets, beach vendors or plastic sunbeds & umbrellas here, just Phuket the way it used to be before the greedy developers arrived to destroy much of this most beautiful island.
Easy access to 'James Bond Island' and Phang Nga bay.
We are 40km north of Phuket town and just 20 minutes drive north from the airport. Phuket town and other attractions can be reached via taxi or local bus from the main road approx 4km from the resort. Taxi service and tour booking can be arranged during your stay. We also have motorbikes for hire at 300 Baht/day, please bring your international license.

Please ensure that you select the correct room type as we may not be able to change for you after booking is completed.

Deluxe Double Bed Private Ensuite:
Round brick cottage with thatched roof. Double or twin beds. (Fan and tea/coffee making facilities)*

Traditional Thai Bamboo beach hut with double mattress on the floor. Internal dimensions: 7 feet square (approx. 2 meters includes mosquito net, electric socket and lighting. No fan provided)*

Basic 1 Bed Private Tent
Tent is provided and set up prior to your arrival and suitable for 1 person*
200 THB/night**

Basic 2 Bed Private Tent
Tent is provided and set up prior to your arrival and suitable for 2 persons*

**You will be charged the above prices in Thai Baht regardless of the exchange rate on arrival minus the 10% deposit. Cash only.

Camping without prior booking is available @ 100 Baht per person (includes use of all facilities). Just bring your own tent.

If you wish to arrange a prepaid transfer it is essential that you inform us of your flight number and time of arrival. Our driver will display your name on a card as you exit arrivals at Phuket International Airport.

If you are arranging your own transport, it is essential that you print the directions in Thai language from our website to show your driver who may not understand English or be able to read a map. We will not answer the phone during busy periods or outside opening hours to give directions.

Maximum of 2 people per room (Children count as one person) Please note that this resort is not suitable for babies or children under 5 years old.
No pets allowed.
Please let us know if you have arranged for a taxi or tour company to pick you up early in the morning and also ensure that they have directions printed in Thai language which can be found at our website.
We will not answer the telephone before 8am or after 9pm so it is up to you to let them know how to get here.
Check in time is after 1pm and Check out before 12pm. If you need a later departure we have a luggage room for storage and you can still have full use of our facilities until you are ready to leave.

Meals will not be served after 9pm and last orders for food is 8:00pm.

Do not expect us to store food & drink bought elsewhere. We have limited storage space and will often refuse.

We do not have a public telephone. We have sim cards available for sale at 50 THB which you will be able to use in your own mobile phone.

Internet is access is available nearby if you have your own computer. We do not supply a computer for customers use.

The balance of your reservation minus 10% is payable in Thai Baht (cash only) and based on our regular prices in local currency regardless of the exchange rate at the time of your original booking.

If you fail to arrive the full balance will be charged to your credit card. You must notify us directly of any change in your booking or travel plans at least 48 hours in advance so you will not be charged for non arrival.

Unfortunately we are no longer able to provide a reliable taxi service.

You will be able to get here by taxi from the 'TAXI METER' kiosk for 350 Baht. As you leave the airport building, you will see the cars painted red & yellow on the right. Ignore the touts and go straight to the desk where you can get the official taxi. Please tell them to take you to the entrance of 'Piraya Resort & Spa' where you will see our gate and then walk 400 meters to Seaside Cottages reception.
