Manh Dung Guest house, family run since 1993, is located in the historic Old Quarter in the heart of Hanoi, near to the Hoan Kiem lake, other historic sites, cultural facilities, banks, post office, restaurant and airline offices.
We like to think our Guest house is friendly and has a family atmosphere. It is quiet, comfortable and very clean.
We have just finished rebuilding our Guest house with an ELEVATOR and with modern equipment. All rooms are spacious, with a large window (some of them have balconies) new fixtures (all beds with spring mattres), bath tub and hot shower en suite, fan, fridge, and Cable TV with many popular channels (CNN, MTV, ESPN, TV5, DW, Russian TV, Chinese TV...). The price of the rooms ranges from USD 8 to USD 24 per night. Please note that similar standard rooms provided by our competitors cost about 35 -45 USD per night.

Att ta sig till Manh Dung Guest house GuesthouseManh Dung Guest House is located in the historic Old Quarter, in the heart of Hanoi, and is easy to find. Manh Dung Guest House is a 5 minute walk from Vietnam airlines city office (Mini bus goes there from airport) and a 10 minute walk from the train station.
From Vietnam airlines city office go along Quang Trung (Crossing over TRANG THI). Quang Trung turns into Nha Chung, which then turns into Ly Quoc Su. Follow Ly Quoc Su until you get to Hang Gai and go left on Hang Bong. Next to 38 HANG BONG STR. you will see a small lane with street board : 'NGO TAM THUONG', Follow Tam Thuong almost to the end where you will find Manh Dung guest house on the left.
If you walking from the train station, go straight onto Tran Hung Dao. Follow Tran Hung Dao for about 100 meters and turn left onto Quan Su. Follow Quan Su until you reach Hang Bong and go right on Hang Bong. Follow Hang Bong until you reach a small side street called Tam Thuong. Follow Tam Thuong almost to the end where you will find Manh Dung guest house.
For the easiest and most convenient way to reach our Guest house from the airport, we recommend our airport pick-up service. The price for the car is USD 15 from Airport to My Guest House (about 45 km - including taxes, fees ).
Our driver will show a paper with your name at the Airport exit gate.
By this way, It makes very easy for many my Guests.
If you need to use our picking up service, please inform the flight No. and the time arrival at the airport, we will send car to pick up you and take you directly to our entrance.
If you do not use our picking up service from the airport, it is no problem for us.
BE CAREFUL: on the way to Manh Dung Guest house, you will meet many street boys, they will very insistently invite you to others place for getting money, and possibly attempt to trick you into going to another guesthouse!
Some times, taxi drivers or bus drivers said to our guests that, They want to take our guests to Manh Dung Guest house, but, Manh Dung Guest house was full so, they took our guests to other places. Infact, we still keep room for our guests
Some times, there are some persons show our Manh Dung Guest house Card and said to our guests that, I'm Manh Dung Guest house's staff. We regret that, we are full to day, so please come to other guest house and then they took our guests to another guest house or hotel at very high price. In fact we have no one to go to streets like that.

So, please do not believe any person at the airport or in the street. and please come directly to **address**(given in confirmation email.
(Some of Hotels or Guest houses want to trick new Guests by making a fake sign: !!. So you should look at the address and phone number). |
