We are located in the tourist center of downtown Saigon (District 1), a short walk to get backpacker area around 3 - 5 minutes; to Ben Thanh market around 20 minutes; and other tourist attractions, whereas the property still remains quiet, being situated in a safe alley, off the busy road of Cong Quynh.
Saigon Mini Hostel 2 is a sub-building with no reception counter, no lift (but customers are eager to contact the front office center at Saigon Mini Hotel 1 which is just a few steps to get each others); inner phone call room to room; room to reception desk; housekeeping and security on service to ensure safety and cleanliness.
The prices include 10% VAT, 5% service charge, daily housekeeping; daily changed linen; Free WIFI;

CHECK IN time is required after 13:00 pm
CHECK OUT time is required before 12:00 pm (at noon)
NO SHOW customer will be charged the equivalent of 1 night stay for whole booking made.
Room type and its bed set up concept by the Hotel:
Private single en-suite (standard single use room): 1 double bed for 1 person
Private double en-suite (Standard double use room): 1 double bed for 2 people sharing
Private twin en-suite (Superior twin use room): 2 separated beds
Private triple en-suite (Superior 2 beds for triple use room): 1 double bed and 1 single bed
One of the clauses of the Hotel Regulations:
A room booked cannot be shared by a foreigner man and a Vietnamese lady, unless a valid marriage certificate or marital proof is presented.

1/ Our check in time is required after 13:00 and check out time is before 12:00 PM (noon).
2/ The arrival at midnight guest is advised to book a room one night before for an instant checking
3/ Check in early (FREE OF CHARGE) after 8:00 AM will be subject to our hotel availability. We are very happy to let you in the room upon your arrival if we have it free (released before noon by the previous guest) and clean (after our maid service).
4/ Check out LATE (after 12:00 PM) may be arranged, but additional fee will be charged: before 18:00 PM, a half day charge; before 21:00 PM, 80% charge; after 21:00 PM, full charge.
5/ For the on time checking out guest by noon, we are very pleased to arrange a place to keep suitcase and luggage (free of charge service; please learn the storage terms); a free bath room with nice cold shower may be arranged for the guest to take a shower before leaving, please advise us if you need it.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
1/ A NO SHOW customer is charged a penalty of 1 night stay for whole room booking made.
2/ Canceling made less than 48 hours prior to the check in time and date will be charged a 50% of 1 night stay of the whole room booking made.
3/ Canceling made less than 24 hours prior to the check in time and date will be charged the equivalence of 1 night stay of the whole room booking made.
EXTRA PERSON (PARTNER) POLICY:
According the regulations of the Vietnam Government, all visitors of hotel guests are required to leave their passport or ID cards at the Front Desk and only registered guests (foreigner) are allowed in the guestrooms after 21.00 hrs. All visitors to guestrooms after 21.00 hrs will not be allowed to go to the room, in particular if they are Vietnamese nationals. A guest who is not a Vietnamese citizen cannot share a room with a Vietnamese citizen without proof of marriage to each other. Otherwise, a second room must be booked. This is the law, which we cannot deviate.

How to get SaigonMini Hotel group in District 1 from the airport? You should take a meter taxi. Some taxi agencies are recommended including VINASUN or MAI LINH TAXI. It takes about 30 minutes for the short routine. The public fee is just around 7 US$/way/taxi from 4 to 7 seats (near 140.000 VND). You can pay to the taxi driver in USD, but please make the amount of 7 USD ready for him. Remember don?t give any note having big value to him to avoid the controversy.
