Vandrarhem Homefield Backpackers, Bundoran, Irland
.Homefield Rock Hostel is a music-themed 60-bed hostel in the centre of Bundoran town. The hostel is a very friendly, welcoming place and ideal for those who want to have access to fabulous beaches and a bustling nightlife. The Rock hostel is also part of Donegal Adventure Centre, which is Ireland's largest surf school and outdoor sports facility. Rooms are clean, inexpensive and the hostel has two large kitchens, TV room, music room and there is an Italian restaurant on site. Families and groups are accommodated and there are basic 'bed & shower' rooms for surfers on a tight budget. Breakfast is included each morning, and there is free wifi and internet use for customers. The hostel is located two minutes from seafront, main street pubs and clubs, and all conveniences. THe staff at homefield are known for their helpful and friendly attitude, and they will help you with your visit to Donegal.
Övrig information om detta VandrarhemHomefield Rock Hostel requires advance booking. A security deposit will be requested from all groups. All under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere indoors. There is no curfew, but guests are asked to return to premises quietly after 11pm, and respect other residents in hostel and nearby. Deposits are non-refundable and people /groups will be charged for the first night of their stay if they do not cancel at least 24hrs in advance.

Take Bundoran road from Sligo and drive for about 30 minutes. Continue through roundabouts into town centre.
Drive past Allingham Arms Hotel (right) and past seafront terrace - take next right onto Bayview Ave, and hostel is 200m on right.
From Ballyshannon /Eniskillen (N3)
Follow singns to Bundoran and drive through town past Holyrood hotel (on left) and Bridge Bar (on left). Take 2nd turn left after Bridge Bar onto Bayview Ave,
and we are 100 m up on the right
By Bus
Regular buses from Sligo to Bundoran, depart from Sligo bus station.
Feda O' Donnell servise travels from Galway to Bundoran.
The bus eireann no. 30 expressway service has regular buses from Dublin city centre and Dublin Airport to Ballyshannon (8 km away) and taxis are easily available to Bundoran. Customers can also call and book shuttle service.
There is a train service from Dublin to Sligo, and Aer Arann operate flights twice daily to Sligo Airport. |
