Take the main Cork/Mallow Road (N22), Drive past the Friary, under the Railway Bridge to a roundabout. At roundabout take 3rd exit onto Countess Road. Take the 2nd turning on the left (Rookery Road). The apartments are l00 yards ahead on the right.

Take the first exit at this roundabout, this is the Killarney by pass Road. Drive on to 2nd Roundabout, take 3rd exit, Quality Hotel will be on your left.
