Our hostel is situated in the heart of Salzburg up on the moenchsberg.
Our rooms were renovated in 2009 and you'll have the best view over Salzburg in town.
Enjoying a unique location on the Mönchsberg mountain in the centre of the city, the Stadtalm Naturfreundehaus offers panoramic views over Salzburg from all rooms, the restaurant and the garden.
In the rustic dining room with a fireplace or in the charming garden you can enjoy typical Austrian specialities.
The simply furnished dormitories of the Naturfreundehaus have wooden floors. Bathroom facilities are shared. The Stadtalm Naturfreundehaus is easily reachable on foot from the Festival Hall, the Getreidegasse and Mozart's birthplace within 10 minutes or by the Mönchsbergbahn funicular.
Att ta sig till Stadtalm Naturfreundehaus VandrarhemFrom the centre you can walk up the stairs from Toskaninihof/Festspielhaus. There is also an elevator: Moenchsbergaufzug close to the center. From there its only 5 minutes walking distance to the hostel. You can also take a taxi up to the Moenchsberg. |
