The hotel Astoria is a small family hotel close to the medieval-centre (10 min walk). Our hotel offers free parking and a cosy coffee shop serving sweets and desserts.

Within walking distance (10-15 min.) of many of Salzburg's historic attractions, inlcuding Mozart's birthplace, Hotel Astoria is an ideal location to start from when visiting Salzburg.

All rooms have bath/shower, WC, telephone, Sat-TV, internet-connection, hairdryer and partly balcony. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel . Hotel Astoria is easily accessible from the airport and highway as well as the main train station (directly by bus).

From the city center Getreidegasse (approx 15 minutes walk)
Head towards Bürgerspitalgasse,
Turn left into the Bürgerspitalgasse,
Head straight on into Herbert-von-Karajan-Platz, then to Siegmundstor, Hildmannplatz, Neutorstraße and finally Maxglaner Hauptstraße.

The Hotel Astoria is at no. 7.

From the Airport: (approx 15 minutes by car
From Innsbrucker Bundesstraße turn right into the Maxglaner
Hauptstraße. Hotel Astoria is in Maxglaner Hauptstraße 7.

By bus ? take bus Nr. 1 to the city center - Mirabellplatz ?
Take this bus to right outside the hotel ? bustop Bräuhausgasse.
