Directions from city centre:
From the city centre guest not driving can take a taxi or bus number 3,7,8,29,31,49 or 62, all leaving from Princes Street. The city has an excellent public transport system and the hotel is fortunately situated next to a bus pick up point.
Driving to the Northumberland:
At Balmoral Hotel, turn right into A7 North Bridge. Continue straight on through North Bridge, South Bridge, Nicholson Street, Clerk Street, South Clerk Street, Newington Road, Minto Street, Mayfield Gardens, and Craigmillar Park. Distance is approximately 2 miles.
The hotel car park has ample free parking.
