Kaimes Guest House is a Victorian Building situated 15 minutes walking distance from the centre of Edinburgh. The guest house is ideally situated for you to see the sights of Edinburgh or enjoy the many clubs, pubs and restaurants that Scotland's capital has to offer.

Rooms at Kaimes Guest House have been tastefully decorated and including modern facilities such private bathrooms with shower, private shower only, colour TV, ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities.

Each morning your hosts will serve a full traditional Scottish breakfast to all guest, ensuring each guest begins his or hers day in the best possible way before setting our exploring all that Edinburgh has to offer.

The guest house is located just 10 km from Edinburgh International Airport and just under 1 km from Haymarket train station. Guest flying into the airport can take one a taxi to the Edinburgh Regency guest house or alternatively take one of the frequent city centre shuttle buses to Haymarket station and complete their journey on foot or taxi.

Princes Street is the main street in the New Town, the airport shuttle bus stops at Princes Street and Waverly station, located just off the main street. From the west side of Princes Street guest should take the first left onto Lothian Road (A700). Once the A700 forks follow the right road and take the third turn right onto Gilmore place. Edinburgh Regency is located further down the road at 12 Granville Terrace.
