A listed unique Victorian Town House in a quiet leafy residential crescent of Edinburgh city centre's West End.

All original features intact, stunning oak lined hall way leading to a sweeping staircase, beautiful arched balconies on 2nd and 3rd floors.

Each room is well proportioned, light and spacious with views over surrounding tranquil gardens.

All rooms are en-suite, with tea/coffee making facilities, TV and radio. Phones in all rooms through which internet can be accessed.

Residents lounge and bar in hotel.And we are close to a diverse selection of bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the cities Princes Street.

We are a short walk to all major tourist attractions, and theatres.

If you cancel up to 3 days before the date of your arrival and before 2.00 pm local time, no fee will be charged. If you cancel after this limit, the full amount of your reservation will be charged. Closest rail link is Haymarket Station, when leaving station cross Haymarket Terrace into Grosvenor Street, leading to Lansdowne Crescent then Grosvenor Crescent.

6 miles from Turnhouse Airport, which has a dedicated bus service every 10 mins to city centre. Alight at West Maitland Street and walk up Palmerston Place, 2nd on left is Grosvenor Crescent.
