? BOOKING CONFIRMATION: the first night?s charge is payable to secure a booking. All bookings, payments, amendments and cancellations are confirmed by email ? you are advised to retain copies.
? LATE ARRIVAL: All guests expecting to arrive after 2200HRS GMT MUST register by telephone, when late access will be arranged, appropriate Late Arrival fees charged and the balance payment processed.
? PAYMENTS: We do not accept payment by cheque. ALL CREDIT card payments will attract an additional 2.5% fee (min. £1.00) per transaction. DEBIT card payments will attract a fee of £0.50 per transaction.
? AMENDMENT and CANCELLATION: If you need to amend or cancel your booking for any reason this must be notified in writing BY 1800HRS GMT ON THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL. Part-Cancellation or Booking Amendments ? an amendment fee of £15.00 is payable. In the event of Full-Cancellation - all monies paid in advance will be forfeit.

GROUPS OF 10 OR MORE GUESTS:
? A non-refundable composite 'booking fee/deposit' of 20% is payable to secure a booking.
? The full balance is payable 6 weeks (42 days) prior to arrival. In the event of non-payment of the balance when due the booking will be cancelled. Subsequent re-instatement of the booking will be at prevailing rates, and any deposit paid or concession agreed will be forfeit.
? If group numbers are reduced or a booking is cancelled within the 6 weeks prior to the day of arrival no refund is payable.
GENERAL
? ONCE REGISTERED and when fully pre-paid, guests will have access to the hostel from 5.00pm until 10.00am on departure day
? ROOM ALLOCATION: Guests will whenever possible be allocated the room(s) of choice. From time to time, if operational circumstances dictate, guests may be moved to a larger or smaller room to that booked, with no further liability on either party
? STRICTLY NO ARRIVALS AFTER 12 MIDNIGHT - Arrivals after midnight WILL NOT BE ADMITTED and will not be entitled to a refund.
? SMOKING is not permitted within the hostel premises. Guests found smoking in any building or outhouse will be required to leave the premises without further recourse or refund of fees
? BEHAVIOUR - we are a hostel for walkers, climbers, outdoor enthusiasts and backpackers. We do not accept Hen or Stag parties. We really don't mind you having a few drinks, but if you expect to become heavily intoxicated with alcohol please let us know so we can redirect you elsewhere.
? We regret we are unable to accommodate persons under 18 years, unless with adult supervision. Children under 5 years may be accommodated only with prior WRITTEN consent.

Att ta sig till Chase The Wild Goose Hostel VandrarhemBy Train:
STAY ON THE TRAIN when approaching Fort William, then get off at the next stop - Banavie. We're 300m from the station.
From the station, cross the main road then cross the canal. Turn right through a gate into the large public car park. Walk diagonally across to the car entrance on the far side. As you walk across, you should notice a large building with flags on the top of it - this is the hostel.
On Foot:
From Fort William, either follow the car directions below or use the Great Glen Way which starts next to Morrison's supermarket in Fort William.
By Car:
Travel north from Fort William on the A82, signed Inverness.
After 1½ miles, turn left on the A830 for Mallaig 'The Road to the Isles'.
After 1 mile, cross the canal and take a right turn into Banavie.
About 100m on the left, turn into the road signposted 'Banavie Quarry'.
Expect to see a large building with flags on the roof; this is the hostel.
By Bus:
There are regular buses from Fort William. The service is Number 45 to Corpach, and runs every 20 minutes from Middle Street in Fort William. Ask to be dropped off in Banavie.
From the bus stop, cross the main road and walk into the village of Banavie on the B8004.
About 100m on the left, turn into the road signposted 'Banavie Quarry'.
