The struy guest house is a comfortable well located place which provides superior budget accommodation in Inverness. Its on the A82 en route to loch ness.We have 4 private rooms with one twin en suite, one standard twin room, 2 x family rooms which has a double bed and a single bed in them. We also have 2 small four bed dorm type rooms for the budget traveller. All our rooms have tea and coffee making facillities and a TV and wash hand basins except for one 4 bed dorm room. The house has central heating and is double glazed .
There is also private secure off road parking. There is free wifi throughout the property. hair dryer and ironing facilitiies also available on request
The guest house is located around a 15 to 20 min walk from the city center and is near the aquadome and sports center. The famous Eden Court Theatre and the northern meeting park where music concerts are held are only a 5 to 10 min walk away. There is also the bught leisure park and the beautiful caledonian canal is nearby. We are on the road out from Inverness towards loch ness and the beautiful great glen way. we can also arrange bike hire from our other business the eastgate hostel in the city center
We have a large communal dinning / lounge room and a kitchen with restricted access to guests.
Prices do not include breakfast but it is available at an extra cost of �2.50 for a continental breakfast per person or �5.00 for a cooked breakfast per person.
Towels are also available at an extra charge of �1 for the hire per towel with a �5 returnable deposit.
PLEASE NOTE:
Struy guest house accepts credit or debit card and payment on arrival, but there is a 60p transaction fee. Card transactions are done through our sister business premises , ' The Eastgate Hostel ' ,Cash is prefered for payment.
We require a deposit of �10 for the keys on arrival which is returnable on return of the keys on departure.Photo id (passport/driving licence) is required on check in.
Check in times by arrangment or from 11am to 10pm. later check ins are acceptable but are subject to a extra charge every hour after 10pm. Details on request

We manage to keep our prices competitive as we dont have staff on duty 24/7 and so we pass these savings on to our guests so a self service check in system is adopted when staff are not available to check you in. A mobile phone would be helpful so that you can call us and we can give you information of how to check in when you arrive at the property.
Details can be given to guests that book room if required . ask for details.
You may cancel your booking up to 48hrs hours before arrival. Less than 48hrs notice the first night will be charged.
