This is a fantastic penthouse of 85 m2, on a 11th floor with elevator, located at seafront, right in front of the beach. It has dining-living room, 2 bathrooms and equiped kitchen.

All the bedrooms and facilities have large windows with a fantastic view of the beach, the sea, the coast and the city, AC/heating and wi fi

Rooms description:
- Basic twin private shared bathroom: two single beds, shelves, see view
- Standard twin private shared bathroom: two single beds, wardrobe, see view

Being located in the seafront of the Vila Olimpica beach, from a short walk to the subway station 'Ciutadella-Vila Olimpica'. Also it's 15 minutes to Les Rambles, the Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, Sagrada Familia, etc.
Beach Dream is next to night clubs, pubs, restaurants, discotheques...

- There is no reception; guests have to call us upon arrival to the city centre/main station to arrange the check in time.
- Check in: 13h
- Check out: 10h
- Required deposit: 100?-200? for apartments bookings
- Late check in extra charge (from 22h): 10?/hour or fraction/room
- Payment only cash on arrival.
- No pets
- Age restriction: 10 years old
- Cancellation Policy: 48 hours before arrival, otherwise we will charge the full price of the first night, the same if you don't show up
- Beach Dream is special for young people, friends, couples, open minded people who love enjoying the city and meeting another travelers and shareing with them special moments instead of spending all day in the bedroom. There is a good and friendly atmosphere, but it's not a party guesthouse!

How to get Beach Dream:
From Barcelona airport:
- Aerobus: to Catalunya Square and walk one block to to Urquinaona Square to take the subway L4 till ?Ciutadella-Vila Olimpica?.
- Train: to Passeig de Gracia station and there take the subway L4 to Ciutadella-Vila Olimpica station
- Taxi: 30? aprox (depends on traffic, luggage fee, airport fee, night extra charge)

From Girona airport:
- Bus: to Barcelona Nord Station, walk 2 blocks to take the subway L1 to Urquinaona and there change to L4 to Ciutadella-Vila Olpimpica

From Sants Station:
- Subway: in the same station take the subway L3 to Passeig de Gracia stop and there change to L4 to Ciutadella-Vila Olimpica.
