Please note our important policies:
BOOKING: When booking, please indicate your arrival time and your arrival airport (Barcelona-El Prat, Girona or Reus).
CHECK-IN: Check-in is after 12:00 (midday).
You MUST give us a call (our number will be in your confirmation email) once you have arrived in the CITY and BEFORE you arrive at the apartment in order to arrange a CHECK-IN time. You will not be able to enter the building unless you call first as there is NO PERMANENT RECEPTION on site.
Late check-in: there is an additional charge for check-ins after 10 p.m.
- from 10 p.m. to 12 p.m. (midnight) = 20 EUR per room/apartment
- after 12 p.m. (midnight) = 30 EUR per room/apartment
- after 2 a.m. = 40 EUR per room/apartment
PAYMENT: is expected in cash, due in full on arrival.
CHECK-OUT: is before 11.00 a.m. Once you have checked out you cannot leave the luggage at the apartment. Lockers are available in Estació de Sants (Train station) or Estació del Nord (Bus Terminal).
CANCELLATIONS:
- More than 72 hrs before arrival: no charge
- Less than 72 hrs before arrival: 1st night is charged
- Same day or no-show: 1st night is charged

Take the airport bus and stop at Placa Catalunya. Walk straight up Paseo de Gracia A until you reach a roundabout and turn right onto Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. Keep walking on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes for 4 blocks and you will find No. 686 at the corner with Carrer Girona.
From Girona Airport:
Take the bus to Barcelona?s bus terminal (Estacio del Nord). From Estacio de Nord you can either get there on foot (a 15-minute walk), by Metro (1 stop + a 5-minute walk) or by taxi (2 minutes).
- On foot: Walk up Paseo de San Joan and turn left at the first roundabout, onto Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. You will find No. 686 at the corner with Carrer Girona
- Metro: Take the red line (L1) from Arc de Triomf to Urquinaona station. Follow the Carrer Bruc exit sign. Follow Carrer Bruc (walking against traffic) until you cross Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. Turn right onto Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes and walk 4 blocks until you find No. 686, at the corner with Carrer Girona
From Reus Airport:
Take the bus to Estacio de Sants (the bus terminal for Reus airport). From there take the Metro (Green line L3) to Cataalunya. Walk up Paseo de Gracias until you reach a roundabout and turn right onto Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. Walk 4 blocks on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes and you will find No. 686 at the corner with Carrer Girona.
