We dont have house staff. We donï¿½t have a reception area.
Make sure you respect the arrival time information you previously provided. In that way we will be able to have a person at that time for open the flat and to make sure your accommodation is already available and ready for your use.

You need to confirm your arrival time before your arrival date
It is mandatory that you let us know your exact check in time. Any change in your plans don't hesitate to write an e-mail or call us at least 2 days before. The staff will wait for you just 1 1/2 HOURS over your arrival time confirmed. If you are delay, please don't try to arrive to the property directly. Call us when you have arrived to Barcelona. We can be there in a few minutes to open the flat for you.

Please make sure to ring the correct door bell number.

Please make sure you knock the correct door 1ï¿½2ï¿½ (in any case another one). The Guesthouse is located in a residential area and our neighbors might be upset by the inconvenience.

You have to pay the remaining balance arrival in cash Euros only. Other currencies are not accepted.

Kitchen Facilities
The breakfast is not included.

The Check out is at 11 am, no exceptions.

No luggage storage
If your are leaving Barcelona after 11 am check out time, the luggage can be stored in the Sants Train Station o Nord Bus Station.

48hrs cancellation policy
Please note that cancellations must be done by e-mail 48 Hrs. prior to arrival date. Otherwise we are forced to charge the first night accommodation.

No show policy
There is a first night accommodation cost no-show fee. All bookings must be cancelled by e-mail 48 hours before the arrival day, to avoid a no-show charge. This payment will be charged to your credit card.

Att ta sig till Sagrada Familia Home Guesthouse

From Sants Estacio. Take the metro, Line 5 (Blue) and get off in the Sagrada Familia station exit named Placa Gaudi. We are just 1 minutes walking.

Directions from Barcelona BCN El Prat airport:

By taxi from BCN airport
Taxis from the airport to Barcelona city centre take about 20-30 minutes dependent on traffic and cost about EUR 18 to 22, including a supplement for each large piece of luggage placed in the car boot.

By train
To catch the airport train into the city, just walk out and cross the long overhead bridge (with moving walkway) between Terminals A and B. Trains run every half hour and the journey only takes 20 minutes. Half the price of the bus, just EUR 1.7. Stop on the Sants Estacio, Barcelona's Central station, take the metro, on the blue line (L 5). Only five stations away, stop at Sagrada Familia station.

By bus:
There is a shuttle bus service which stops outside each terminal and goes to central Plaça Catalunya every 15 minutes. The 'Aerobus' is the most comfortable and easy way to travel between the city centre and the airport. A single ticket costs EUR 3.75.
You can stop in Plaza Universitat, take the metro, on the purple line (L2). Only four stations away, stop at Sagrada Familia station.

From Girona-Barcelona Costa Brava Airport (GRO):
Ryanair provides a bus after each landing. It will drive you from Girona Airport directly to Estacio del Nord in Barcelona with aproximate cost of EUR 9.00. Then you can take the taxi for around EUR 4.50
Take the metro in the station Arc de Triomf (is the red line) (L1), and go to directions of Universitat station. There you need make conection with the purple line (L 2). Only four stations away, stop at Sagrada Familia station.
