Casa de Billy Barcelona has new beautiful Superior Rooms. These are our Penthouse/Terrace rooms. These rooms are in our Penthouse level and they share a large, sunny terrace. Perfect to enjoy the sun and sea air of Barcelona For guests staying on the Penthouse/Terrace level breakfast can be served either in the dining room or on the terrace. As in all of our guest house the Penthouse/Terrace level has its own kitchen and dining room that has french doors onto the terrace.
Casa de Billy Barcelona is an elegant and beautiful guest house on the main avenue of Barcelona, Gran Via de les Corte de Catalanes. Restored building built in the early 1920's with elevator and doorman. . . We are on Gran Via de les Corts de Catalanes between Plaza Espanya and Plaza de Catalunya. Near museums, restaurants, shops. Nearest Metro stop is Rocafort. 3 blocks to Plaza Espanya. 10 blocks to Las Ramblas.

Orthopedic beds and linens from Spain, Italy and Portugal. Some rooms have balconies. All rooms have large windows that look onto either Gran Via, Garden/City view or interior courtyard view or Penthouse/terrace views. Guestouse is full of light. Beautiful remodeled private bathrooms and shared bathrooms. Daily maid service.

Use of fully equipped kitchen. 24 hour access to building and guest house. Complimentary coffee and tea in the morning.

Check in 3:00 PM (15:00 Hrs) / Check out 12:00 Noon (12:00 Hrs.). We do not check people in after 9:00 PM (21:00 Hrs.) at night. But once checked in you have 24 hour access to the front door of our building and our guest house. Check in is after 3pm. Check out is 12 noon.

We serve a free, VERY SMALL, continental breakfast in the morning between 9am-11am. It is a very simple continental breakfast consisting of Coffee or tea, 1 croissant or 1 toast , jam, butter, orange juice. Their is a guests refrigerator. Their is a supermarket open across the street. You are welcome to add things to your breakfast that you can buy in the market.

Upon arrival please pay for your stay with us in cash. We do not accept any credit cards for payment

Minimum Stay IS 2 nights. Strictly Enforced.
We do not accept any guests under the age of 18. Our guest house is not suitable for children.

Most of the rooms at Casa de Billy Barcelona have Air Conditioning. The single private with shared bath do not have Air Conditioning. During the winter (from the 5th of October until the 1st of June) the air conditioners are removed and stored. Air conditioning is installed and operation from June 1st until the first week of October. Because of the cool weather conditions from October until June, no air conditioning is necessary.

Please note: One of our double private ensuite rooms (which for us means a room with a king size bed or 2 twin beds; with a private bath) does not have the private bath in the room. It has a private bath across the hall.
All rooms have bathrobes; both ones with private bathroom or shared bathroom.

Cancellation policy:
You must cancel, in writing, with WRI , via the internet, and with us, 3 DAYS in advance or up to 24 hours in advance or we will charge your credit card for the first night.

Advise about arrival time. Check in is by appontment only. You must notify us of your arrival time into Barcelona. If you need to change your time of arrival please do so at least 12 hours in advance.

We suggest that when you make your reservation you also pay an additional 2 euros for Cancellation Protection. If you do so cancellation credit will be applied to your next stay within the WRI family accommodations.

We are on Gran Via,de les Corts Catalanes the main street of Barcelona. Nearest metro stop is Rocafort.
Please press doorbell that says Casa de Billy , 4-1.
We have no sign on our building.

We are 5 minutes walk to Plaza Espanya ,the Convention Center and La Fira de Barcelona (Trade Show) ,, Palau Nacional (Museum) in Parc Montjuic and the Mies Van der Rohe Museum .
Casa de Billy Barcelona Gran Via is a lovely 10 blocks walk to Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya, or 5 minute metro ride.

Directions from the Airport:If you take the Aerobus from the airport get off at Plaza Espanya and walk two blocks towards the center of town. (Towards Plaza Catalunya) We are on Gran Via between Vilamarie and Entenca . A Chinese Restaurant is on the first floor. A pharmacy is next door. We are on the fourth floor. We have an elevator and a doorman.
