Private rooms for the price of a hostel dorm.

We host couples, travellers and small groups of friends in private residential apartments. The rooms and short term rental apartments are located in central Barcelona, just a 5 to 10 minute walk from La Rambla, the Port, Plaza España and Montjuic Park and just 2-5 minutes by metro to Plaza Catalunya, Sagrada Familia church, Parc Guell and Gaudi´s houses on Paseo de Gracia.

We offer complete independence to go and enjoy the city. When making a booking you will pay just a 10% deposit and then pay the rest on arrival. We will explain you the rules and services we provide and you will get your own set of keys. IWhen staying in a residential property you must follow the community rules, like not disturbing the neighbours, no alcohol or parties allowed, etc.

You may want to read our terms and conditions before making a booking. When making a booking thru this site you will also need to reconfirm you credit card details directly with BCN Loft. If you do not reconfirm your booking you may be referred to a partner hostel.

Residential Accommodation
We offer you the option to book private double rooms that are located in residential apartments with shared facilities or at our partner hostels around central Barcelona. The residential apartments are located in a top floor (3rd or 4th floor) of a residence building with no lift, so walking up several flights of stairs is required. They also feature full cooking facilities and a shared bathroom. These are perfect for couples or two friends staying for several days or long weekends. Twin rooms offer low discounted rates as they feature a bunkbed in very small room and therefore are the most basic type of rooms we offer. They may be not comfortable enough if you bring a lot of luggage or expect to book a larger room. We recommend you book a double room if you need more space for an additional 5-10 euros per person. Rooms for small groups for up to 4 people are also available, they feature a double bed or double sofa bed and a bunkbed. By renting accommodation in a residential building you agree to follow the rules of the community.

Four bed ensuite private studios are ideally suited for 2 to 6 people groups. The rooms have a small designer bathroom and kitchen, they may have double beds and double sofa beds or bunkbeds.

Opening hours:
We don?t have a curfew once you get your keys. To check-in there are 3 check in times
10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
14:00 p.m. to 16:00 p.m.
19:00 p.m. to 21:00 p.m.

Under special circumstances, we will make arrangements for late check ins, you must make an appointment before closing time. An extra 25 euros fee applies between 9pm to 12pm. If arriving later than midnight you must make an appointment at least 1 day in advance. A fee of 40 euros applies. Please call us to make sure a member of a staff will be waiting for you.

We do not accept online bookings for groups larger than 6 guests. We cannot refund any deposit if you make multiple bookings overriding this limit.

NB: Please note that due to regulations with Visa and MasterCard you must email this hostel the last 3 digits in the back of your credit card after making a booking in order to fully confirm your reservation. If you don´t send these details your booking will be placed on a waiting list. If we can´t host you, you will be referred to a partner hostel, deposits are NON-RFUNDABLE.

Payment
Its due on arrival, unfortunately we don´t accept credit card payments. Cancelations must be done by email 48 hours prior to arrival.

Groups
Groups of 6 or more guests might be charged a deposit of 200 euros on arrival. This deposit will be returned at check out and will cover any expenses like broken furniture, neighbour complaints, etc.

Identification
We will make a copy your passport and you will have to sign a guest agreement on arrival including your credit card information. There are no visitors allowed at any time at the apartment.

Security
Please do not bring any expensive items, eletcronics like laptops, ipods, cameras, etc., or large amounts of cash. We are not responsible for any missing or stolen items. You acknowledge and agree to take responsability for your own safety at all times.

Cleaning
Each room is cleaned after check outs and the communal areas of the apartments are cleaned frequently, but you will have to clean after yourself when cooking or showering and pick up your own garbage.

Directions:
>From Barcelona airport take the Airport Bus Service to Plaza Catalunya (cost around 5 euros).

>From Plaza Catalunya take the green metro line to Parallel Metro station

>From Sants train station take the green metro line to Parallel Metro station

>If you arrive with Ryan Air take the bus service from Girona Airport to Barcelona (cost around 10 euros), the bus arrives to Barcelona Nord station near Arc de Triumph,take the red metro line to Plaza Catalunya and change to the green line to go to Paralle Metro station

>A taxi from the Barcelona (Prat) airport costs between 15 to 20 euros depending on the number of bags you carry. A taxi from the train station or the bus station should be between 7 and 10 euros.
