This ground-floor flat was recently renovated. Very open space with 2 single beds separated from the living-quarter. There is a open-plan american kitchen, fully equipped,fridge,electric cooking fascilities (incl.oven), micro-wave,coffee-maker and water-boiler. In the salon there is a comfortable sofa-bed which can sleep 2 persons. Colour t.v. present.There is also a modern bathroom with shower.
The apartment has its own private entrance and can sleep a maximum of 4 persons. Bed linen and towels are included. There are no cleaning charges. However, we expect that the guests leave the apartment the same way as they found it upon arrival. If we have to do a major cleaning up job, we may deduct cleaning-costs from the security deposit.
Partagas is a private apartment and guests staying in our apartment willbe required upon arrival to sign an agreement of good intent.Specifying that they will be held responsable for the good care of the apartment and of its contents and that they conduct themselves according to our houserules.Your acceptance and co-operationin the abovementioned will be greatly appreciated.
This groundfloor flat is uniquely situated in the old fishermen quarters of Barcelona.The beach is only 200 mtrs.away.The old 'Gothic quarters'is within walking distance (10-15 mins.) and the famous 'Las Ramblas'only 20 mins. walking away.The Barceloneta offers you the best fish/shellfish restaurants in Barcelona.We highly recommend that you discovers this magic part of Barcelona
